Designed by project architects Ghaith Abou Ghanem and Jad Melki, The Hub serves as a central gathering point for Design Doha, connecting people, ideas, and creative practices. Hosting ceremonies, talks, public gatherings, and collective activities, it anchors the Biennial’s presence in the city. Its distinctive architectural language creates an open, inclusive, and adaptable space that encourages encounters, participation, and ongoing exchange throughout the Biennial.
Design Doha Hub
The Design Doha Hub proposes an urban installation forming the center of the Design Doha 2026 Biennial, and positioned at the heart of the city.
Located in Fereej Al Asmakh, the Design Doha Hub welcomes visitors through the Woven Village and serves as the meeting point of the Biennial—home to its opening ceremony, the Design Ecologist podcast, and the Design Doha X Art for Tomorrow programme.
