Design Doha Biennial Board

Design Doha is under the patronage of Qatar Museums’ Chairperson, Her Excellency Sheikha Al Mayassa bint Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani. Led by Fahad Al Obaidly, Director of Design Doha, whose work bridges culture, community, and Qatar’s creative ecosystem, the Biennial is further shaped by Glenn Adamson, a leading voice in global design discourse; Noura Al Sayeh, whose curatorial practice connects regional narratives with the present; Javier Peña Ibáñez, who advances future-facing design through international collaboration and experimentation; and India Mahdavi, award-winning designer and Head of the Design Doha Prize Jury.
