Arab Design Now Catalogue presents a survey of contemporary design from the Levant, the Gulf, and North Africa, featuring works across disciplines, from architectural installations and material research to contemporary crafts, furniture, graphic design, and object design.
Arab Design Now Catalogue includes essays by leading regional design writers and thinkers, detailing the diverse practices and philosophies that characterize contemporary design in the region, along with profiles of more than 80 designers across the fields of architecture, furniture design, and craft.
This publication is also done in collaboration with Kaph, further amplifying Design Doha’s mission of supporting regional designers and commerce. It launches on November 5, 2026.

Design Doha Biennial Publication
The Design Doha Biennial Publication is the flagship bilingual (Arabic–English) volume documenting the full scope of the second edition. This high-end book captures the spirit, scale, and impact of Design Doha through compelling visuals, critical essays, curatorial insights, and interviews with leading global design voices. It features all curated exhibitions, designers, objects, and curatorial statements; the full program of public design commissions; Design Doha Prize profiles; and the Forum’s themes, discussions, and contributors. It also reflects the wider Biennial program from networking and workshops to panels and community initiatives, providing a complete institutional narrative of 2026.
Developed in collaboration with Kaph, a specialized Arab book publishing house, the book is produced to meet exceptional editorial and visual standards. With contributions from renowned curators, designers, and thinkers, it will serve as a lasting reference for cultural institutions and professionals.It launches in January, 2027 and will be distributed globally.
