Ibrahim Jaidah

Born and raised in Qatar, Ibrahim Mohamed Jaidah grew up with a passion for photography and art which taught him to appreciate the uniqueness of the past and present of his home country, Qatar, and inspired his career in architecture. As a result, he ranks today as a pioneer of a new architectural movement which combines the influences of local traditions with contemporary style to create memorable landmarks. 

Currently, Ibrahim M. Jaidah is the Group CEO & Chief Architect of Arab Engineering Bureau. He graduated from the University of Oklahoma (USA) in 1988 and has acquired AEB in 1991. Under his leadership, the firm grew from 6 to over 600 highly qualified employees and expanded its presence with branch offices across Middle East and Southeast Asia. In his professional career, Ibrahim has overseen completion of over 1,600 projects, making AEB one of the influential firms in the region.
