We bring our signature mix of design culture and commerce to life through robust exhibitions, public programming, and B2B events. We are dedicated to celebrating the MENA region design community and providing an engaging platform of discovery for collectors and the global design buyers community.

Design Doha was founded by Her Excellency Sheikha Al-Mayassa bint Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani. The Chairperson of Qatar Museums. In her work, she aims to empower the region’s creative economy in all fields across film, arts, fashion, design, and photography.

Design Doha is held in Msheireb Downtown Doha every two years, following a biennial format. It features the groundbreaking headline exhibition "Arab Design Now," which draws an unprecedented audience and elevates the region's design ecosystem. The event includes representatives from esteemed institutions like Salone del Mobile Milano, London Design Biennale, Design Miami, Turquoise Mountain, and the Uzbekistan Art and Culture Development Foundation.
